We called to set up a tour, the following day someone called from 360House to set up an appointment, and the tour was filmed the following day. In addition the tour was posted just two days later. The service provided was exceptional!

Whenever we have a question, we can call and talk to someone directly and we don't have to waste time on hold for a customer service representative, who usually cannot answer the questions we need help with. The first time we called Andy, he was very helpful. We asked him if there was a time he could train us on all things we needed to know to navigate the site. His response was, "I can help you right now." He then spent over 30 minutes explaining the ins and outs. At one point in our conversation with Andy, we mentioned that we could not believe that Mansell did not use 360House, the benefits definitely supersede those of the company they are currently using.

The services provided by 360House are so much better than those provided by the company we previously used with Mansell, now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Not only do you get the virtual tour, but you also get numerous still shots. The 360House web site also offers many options that are not available from IPIX or Video Home Tours. You can print brochures and edit pictures at any time. In addition to these wonderful features, we think the icing on the cake is that 360House costs less! Also, when your listing expires you can transfer your tour at no charge (IPIX charged $29.95 and Video Home Tours charges $15.95).

We have been thoroughly impressed with 360House and highly recommend them for every agent's virtual tour needs.

The results are even better than I had hoped for! I particularly like the fact that you are local, and whenever I have a question or a concern, a quick phone call clears it up immediately.

The other day, I realized another feature you offer which can help me tremendously. When I go to meet a prospective Seller for the first time, it is extremely helpful to bring as much information as I can about the comparables I have found. It is good when the Realtor who has the comparable listed has extra photos (maximum of 8) on the MLS system, so I can show the homeowner what the interior of the home looks like. It is fabulous if the other Realtor has the 360 House Virtual Tour on the listing. I can print the 360 House flyer and all the extra photos - a tremendous help when I am speaking with a prospective Seller. It is not possible to do this with IPIX. All you can do with IPIX is view the tour on-line; you can't print it, there are no extra photos, there is no flyer, and the service I have experienced with IPIX is inferior to the service I have received from 360 House.
